The Rennix Weigh team is comprised of a dedicated group of highly qualified professionals who are health coaches, nutritionist, holistic practitioners, and medical professionals. They are experienced in counseling women, men, and teenagers on healthy eating patterns and lifestyle modifications. Our entire team has had their own personal experience with body image and weight loss, which makes them extremely passionate and ultra-excited to help every client achieve success.
Nia is an expert clinical Nutritionist with over 10 years of experience. She specializes in weight loss, blood sugar regulation, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Acanthosis Nigricans, Diabetes Mellitus, and Immunodeficiency disorders.
Nia has traveled to countries to aid in hunger relief and to study the health modalities of various populations. To name a few, she has lived and worked in Haiti, Vietnam, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong where she studied the influences of Traditional Chinese Medicine in both Western and Eastern populations and was an advocate for sustainable food systems and clean water.
She has been featured in various media outlets, such as ABC, MSN, NBC, and Shape Magazine. Nia is asked to speak at local and national conferences telling her story about taking her weight loss success and turning it into a company and about the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle by making nutritional modifications. She has also received distinctions and awards for her leadership in the community and activism for eradicating hunger in underserved communities. Nia has successfully helped thousands of women, men, and children take control of their eating habits and find a “newfound confidence.” She has also worked with high profile clients in helping them to achieve a balance between their nutritional intake and busy schedules.
Not only is Nia the Founder and CEO of The Rennix Weigh, but she works with non-profit and for-profit organizations developingand implementing food &nutrition programs. She also develops food consistency manuals for patients with immuno-compromised diseases, as well as patients with dysphagia. Nia has held positions such as, Senior Nutritionist, Director of Nutritional Programs in New York City, Hospital Food Service General Manager, Adjunct Professor of Nutrition, and Director of a city-wide Food & Fitness collaboration.
She is a member of the Academic Society for Functional Foods and Bioactive Compounds, Southern Foodways Alliance, American Public Health Association, and the American Association of Nutrition Consultants. Nia has served on the advisory board for Head Start in New York City. She donates to organizations that aim to fight hunger, as well as organizations who advocate for creating global awareness around clean drinking water and sustainable food systems.
Nia attended several major universities to obtain her dietetic and higher educational degrees. She has her degrees in Clinical Dietetics and Political Science with a concentration in Health Care Policy.
When Nia is not working with clients and talking about Nutrition, she is watching movies, checking out cool antique shops, creating new recipes, and spending time with her family. Nia lives in the tri-state area with her fluffy cat, Bailey.

Dr. Bobbie is the Educational Content Manager. She manages the overall function of the nutrition program- making sure that everything is running smoothly.
Dr. Bobbie understands firsthand how nutrition can become a catalyst for living a balanced life and overall feeling your best. At the age of 4, she was diagnosed with severe Migraine headaches that continued her whole life. There were times where she had to miss school, social gatherings, or work because she was incapacitated by her Migraine attacks. In 1995, she was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Even though the physician prescribed medication to control her blood sugar levels, Dr. Bobbie knew that healing her body from the inside out would be the best medicine. She set forth on that journey toward eating healthier and adopting physical activity into her life. Dr. Bobbie never looked back and currently maintains a healthy lifestyle
Dr. Bobbie received her Masters from University of Massachusetts, and Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. She has her degrees in Education and Organizational Leadership. Dr. Bobbie has many professional certifications including Counseling. She created and implemented one of the first Multi-Cultural Educational Programs for the Springfield Public School Systems. Dr. Bobbie has also developed courses and course curriculums for Colleges and Universities that are currently being used.
She has over 36 years in education and retired as a distinguished Elementary Principal. Dr. Bobbie is a published author for her work on awareness and cultural and physical differences. She has received various local and national awards in education, business and community leadership. She is the President of the Exchange Club of Massachusetts and also serves on the Board of Directors and is the Chair of two Early Childhood Education Centers. Dr. Bobbie is also an Adjunct Professor and is asked to frequently lecture at Universities on her expertise in education and multicultural education in urban school systems.
Dr. Bobbie is a believer and devoted follower of The Rennix Weigh program. Not only because her daughter created it, but because she successfully lost 30 pounds in 2 months and gained more energy than ever before.

Heather is the Program Coordinator. Her role is to support the entire team and clients in a variety of capacities. She was brought on board because of her vast experience working for boutique companies. She is one of the most organized people you will ever meet, which makes her an awesome asset. She has a Bachelors from Michigan State University where she majored in business and exercise physiology. Heather struggled with an eating disorder during her college years, therefore she understands that becoming healthy can be a complicated process. She loves working out, especially CrossFit. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, daughter, and 2 dogs.

Brooklyn is the Lead Graphic Designer. She has over 7 years in the creative world of graphic design. Brooklyn holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computers. She holds several certifications in graphic design and Adobe Photoshop. She also speaks three languages.
Brooklyn joined our team two years ago and is responsible for much of the design work you see on TRW literature and social media channels. She loves being creative and working with colors and fonts that will grab the audience’s attention. After working in large and prestigious design firms on the East Coast, she made the decision to focus on smaller companies who had a strong mission for helping others.
Brooklyn loves cooking and follows a plant-based diet. She lives in New York with his chocolate lab, Gus.
