Bobbie's Fried Cabbage

1 medium head of Cabbage
1 large green pepper
3 slices of bacon (turkey or pork)
2 tbsp. of butter
15 baby carrots, chopped finely
1 tbsp. of pepper
1 tbsp. of light salt
5 packets, sucralose (i.e. splenda)

Wash cabbage and green pepper and set aside in large bowl.

Fry bacon on low heat in a large pot until golden brown on both sides.

Add the mixture of cabbage and peppers to the cooked bacon and let cook on low heat for five

minutes.

When five minutes is completed add butter, carrots, pepper, salt, and splenda to the cabbage.

Cover and let cook for 15 minutes or until desired tenderness (if you feel the need to add

more spices, please do so).

ENJOY!

Yields 8 servings with approximately 2 grams of focused carbs per serving.
