Bobbie's Onion Burgers

2 medium onions chopped finely
1 lb of ground turkey
1 tbsp. of garlic powder
1 tbsp. of onion powder
1 tsp. of instant beef bouillon
2 tbsp. of whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. of all-spice seasoning

Spray skillet with desired spray butter (i.e. Pam).

Add finely chopped onions and cook on low heat until tender.

In mixing bowl season 1 pound of ground turkey with garlic powder, instant beef bouillon,

onion powder, and all-spice seasoning.

Add cooked onions to seasoned turkey and mix well.

Form into patties no bigger than the palm of your hand.

Grill on each side for about fives minutes or until they are cooked to your satisfaction.

Yields about 6 servings with approximately 0.5 grams of focused carbs per serving
